For prevention and treatment of Iron deficiency, Anaemia. Easy Iron contains Iron Bis-Glycinate, Folic acid, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin C. Iron Bis-Glycinate is a well-tolerated form of iron that is gentle on the GIT.

For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
